Correlated Parties procedure in force until 31st December 2010

On 25th September 2007, and with subsequent modification on 26th March 2008, the CAD IT Board of Directors approved the procedure for correlated party transactions in accordance with the “Listed Company Self-discipline Code” and the norms in force.

The procedure here attached will be in force until the end of 2010. Tne new procedure is available in the following section:
