Company's Bylaws amended on 12th November 2010

On 12^th November 2010, the Board of Directors of CAD IT S.p.A. has approved the harmonization of the Company Bylaws with the mandatory provisions of Legislative Decree no. 27/2010 implementing Directive 2007/36/EC on the exercising of certain shareholders’ rights in listed companies.
