The Shareholders meeting approves the distribution of an extraordinary dividend of 3 Euro per share

CAD IT SpA’s ( www.cadit.it ) shareholders meeting, at it’s first summoning, has today approved the distribution of an extraordinary dividend of € 3 euro per share.

The ex-dividend date and dividend payment date will be respectively the 14^th and the 17^th April 2003.
