CAD IT: approval of behaviour code enforcement on internal dealing

The CAD IT Board of Directors has enforced a Behaviour Code concerning internal dealing as required by the Regulations of the Nuovo Mercato and by Instructions to the Regulations of the Nuovo Mercato.

The Behaviour Code will be valid from January 1st 2003 and will be published on the company’s web-site within that date. The Behaviour Code has been sent also to Borsa Italiana Spa.
