Annual Financial Statements as at 31st December 2017 and other documents published

CAD IT S.p.A. announces that the 2017 Annual Financial Statements, comprehensive the Draft Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31st December 2017, the Reports on Operations and certifications pursuant to article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of the TUF, together with the Reports of the Auditing Firm and of the Board of Statutory Auditors have been published in the Investor Relation section of the Company’s internet website (www.caditgroup.com), on the "eMarket STORAGE” authorized storage mechanism for regulated information at www.emarketstorage.com and made available, to anyone on request, at the Company’s registered office of CAD IT S.p.A. and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

In the same manner, the Annual Corporate Governance Report, including all relevant information regarding the ownership structures pursuant to article 123-bis of the Leg. Dec. no. 58 of 24th February 1998, as well as the Consolidated Declaration of a non-financial nature, pursuant to Leg. Decree 254/2016 with the Report of the Auditing Firm, and the Remuneration Report of the Board of Directors, prepared pursuant to articles 123-ter of the TUF and 84-quarter of the Issuers’ Regulation as well as article 6 of the Corporate Governance Code of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., have been made available to the public.
